Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DevStack services and website. By engaging us or submitting a consultation request, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide software discovery, design, development, integration, deployment and support for business systems (including ERP, CRM, inventory, hospitality, analytics and custom enterprise software).

Client responsibilities

Provide accurate requirements, timely feedback, access needed for delivery, and payment according to agreed milestones or retainer terms.

Fees & billing

Fees are quoted per statement of work or proposal. Invoices are due as specified in the agreement. Prices may be in ₦ or USD as agreed and may attract applicable taxes.

Intellectual property

Ownership and licensing of deliverables are defined in the project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, client-specific work product transfers on full payment.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential business and technical information shared during an engagement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DevStack’s liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
